John Firestone is the Executive Director of The Life Change Center (TLCC), where he leads a dedicated team providing compassionate, evidence-based opioid treatment and recovery services to individuals and families across Northern Nevada.

John also serves as President of the Nevada Opioid Treatment Association, working with providers and partners statewide to improve access to quality treatment, strengthen clinical standards, and support coordinated systems of care for people affected by opioid use disorder.

He holds master’s degrees in social work and business administration and is known for his collaborative leadership style, data-informed decision-making, and deep commitment to health equity, families, and community well-being.
